VIP GROW: Accelerating Business Success
At VIP, the mission is clear: empower veteran-owned small businesses to thrive in the highly competitive world of federal procurement. More than just teaching how to compete, comply, and perform, VIP arms business owners with the knowledge, skills, and strategies to succeed and sustain in the federal marketplace.
The 27-hour comprehensive certification program delivers three days of intensive, market-based training, equipping participants with tools in strategy and planning, business development techniques, operational controls, and contract compliance. As an official SBA Federal Contracting Training Resource, VIP also offers access to a trusted community of peers, mentors, and experts.
Becker Digital’s Path with VIP
Previously, Becker Digital successfully completed the VIP START Program, a foundational training designed to help veteran-owned businesses strengthen their ability to win government contracts and do business with both military and civilian agencies. Building on that achievement, our selection for VIP GROW represents the next step in Becker Digital’s commitment to expanding our federal contracting expertise and capacity.
A Proven Record of Impact
Since its founding in 2009, VIP has helped answer why the federal government had not met its 3% veteran small business goal. Through programs like START, GROW, ADVANCE, INTERNATIONAL, AEROSPACE, and CORPORATE, VIP has built tailored curriculums to meet veteran businesses where they are in their development. Graduates of VIP GROW have seen remarkable results, reporting an average 55% increase in revenue within the first year and 156% growth within two years of completing the program.
