Hannah Becker, MBA, MSIT

Hannah Becker is the Vice President of Becker Digital, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business that provides strategic consulting, program support, and training services to government agencies. Her expertise spans cybersecurity, digital transformation, and the development of customized solutions to complex organizational challenges. She also supports Becker Digital’s executive training and leadership development programs, helping agencies build resilient, high-performing teams.

Hannah serves on the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) Cyber Committee, where she leads research on cyber education and workforce development, emerging threats, and innovation across the public and private sectors. She is an adjunct professor of Cyberwarfare at Norwich University and the Virginia Military Institute, and a Non-Resident Fellow at the Joint Special Operations University. Hannah has previously taught computer science, entrepreneurship, and management at institutions nationwide, including Ottawa University.

Drawing on her lived experience as a military spouse, Hannah is deeply committed to advancing military spouse career initiatives, expanding accessible employment pathways for disabled veterans, and supporting the development of effective programs for modern military families. As an Advisory Board Member for the Military Family Advisory Network, she advocated for post-9/11 military families on issues such as food insecurity and housing instability. She also worked to increase legislative support for repealing the Widow’s Tax and advancing the Major Richard Star Act through her role as an Outreach Ambassador for the Military Officers Association of America.

Hannah holds a bachelor’s degree from Mississippi State University, a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership from American Public University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Master of Science in Information Technology (MSIT) from the Florida Institute of Technology.
