Customer Service Trainer

Becker Digital is seeking a Customer Service Trainer (1099 Position) to provide professional customer service training services for government personnel. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in delivering high-quality customer service training and consultation, with the ability to tailor curriculum to meet public sector organizational needs. This role requires skilled and experienced personnel with a specialized background in customer service training and adult learning techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and effective customer service training sessions to government audiences in virtual settings.

  • Consult on the development and refinement of customer service training curricula and materials.

  • Develop customized training modules, job aids, and assessments aligned with client goals and needs.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide detailed feedback and recommendations for improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with contract reporting requirements and quality standards.

  • Maintain professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and internal teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience designing and delivering customer service training programs.

  • Strong facilitation, public speaking, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated experience working with adult learners in professional environments.

  • Ability to develop and adapt instructional materials and training strategies for diverse learner needs.

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum), Master’s degree preferred.

  • Knowledge of or experience working with government or nonprofit organizations preferred.

  • Physically located within the United States, as per contract requirements.

Compensation

Compensation is negotiable and based on experience and qualifications.
