Graphic Designer (Part-time/Remote)

Becker Digital is currently seeking a talented Graphic Designer to work with us on government projects. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for a variety of mediums, including digital and print. The position is 1099/Part-Time, remote, and project-based.

Responsibilities:

  • Create design concepts, graphics, and layouts for various mediums, including newsletters, training materials, social media, presentations, and print materials.

  • Collaborate with the project team to understand the project objectives, target audience, and branding guidelines.

  • Work with the project team to ensure that designs meet the project requirements and deadlines.

  • Use creative and innovative design techniques to create effective designs that engage the target audience and effectively communicate the intended message.

  • Research and analyze design trends to stay up-to-date with the latest design techniques and tools.

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion.

  • Ensure that designs are optimized for web and print, taking into consideration the target platform and audience.

  • Review and edit designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Art, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign.

  • Familiarity with Section 508 Accessibility design practices.

  • Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to be organized and meet project deadlines.

Compensation:

  • Negotiable rates based on experience and qualifications.

Location:

  • All work can be performed remotely but must be conducted from a U.S. location.
