Jeremy Becker Joins the Anti-Defamation League's 2024 Glass Leadership Institute

Becker Digital is pleased to announce that Jeremy Becker has been selected to participate in the Anti-Defamation League’s 2024 Glass Leadership Institute (“GLI”).  The GLI is a nationally recognized leadership development program created to give participants an in-depth understanding of strategies available to combat hatred within their communities. Through engaging, interactive sessions, GLI exposes participants to the crucial work of effectively using innovation and partnerships to drive impact. GLI participants are chosen based on their demonstrated leadership qualities and interest in social and political justice and civil rights issues.

“The mission of the ADL is significant to me because it aligns with my core principles of equality, tolerance, and human rights,“ said Jeremy Becker. “As a counterterrorism professional and former military officer, combating extremism has been a driving factor throughout my career. It’s an honor to continue this journey with the ADL and support inclusion, respect, and safety across diverse communities”.

Established over 20 years ago, The Glass Leadership Institute (GLI) is ADL's cornerstone leadership development program. Active in more than 25 cities across the United States, GLI unites young professionals who share a common interest in advocating for justice and leading the charge in ADL’s mission and core values. The program also provides valuable opportunities for networking, team building, and engagement with ADL’s local and national leadership. Topics include:

  • Combating Antisemitism

  • Church / State Issues

  • Anti-Bias Trainings in Schools & Communities

  • Hate Groups & Extremism

  • Law Enforcement Resources, Education & Programming

  • Legislative Initiatives and Advocacy

  • Support for Israel

Given the recent increase in antisemitic events and terrorist actions in the United States, Israel, and around the globe, the ADL’s initiatives are at the forefront of much-needed education, resources, and support. In addition to GLI, ADL leads numerous programs supporting “secure justice and fair treatment to all.” These programs include the ADL H.E.A.T. Map™ (Hate, Extremism, Antisemitism, Terrorism), National Strategy Hub developed to support the White House’s National Strategy to Counter Antisemitism, three research centers (Center on Extremism, Center for Technology and Society, and Center for Antisemitism Research), and many more critical initiatives. Since its founding in 1913, the ADL has remained committed to protecting democracy and ensuring a just and inclusive society for all. Learn more about the ADL’s important mission at www.adl.org.
